Louise Worboys

Most important: I became a coach because I love helping people find their way to achieving amazing things they didnā€™t even know were possible. Nutrition, strength and fitness are so much more than tools to get in better shape (although getting people in great shape is loads of fun too) but the benefits are so far reaching beyond just the physical. About me: I love all things training, fitness and adventure, take me to the gym, get me outside running, hiking, paddle boarding, wild swimming you name it Iā€™ll have a go at it. I also love food (major foodie here). It wasnā€™t always this way, I grew up not sporty, overweight, unfit and pretty unhealthy. I found my way into exercise in my mid 20s while I was struggling as a single parent. But it was because I wanted to lose weight not because I wanted to exercise. Now Iā€™m 40, Iā€™ve had a go at most fitness pursuits because I love trying different types of training on to see how they feel. Iā€™ve done a marathon, an ultramarathon, a half Ironman, some Hyrox events and a heap of other stuff.
I love coaching people who want to get stronger, faster and live longer through nutrition coaching and simple but effective training.
