Alex Viada

A lifelong athlete, Alex has participated and competed in nearly every sport imaginable (some with greater success than others), since being dragged to his first swim meet when he was four years old. He's coached thousands of athletes, of all ages and levels, in sports ranging from bodybuilding to ultra-running to triathlon to cycling to powerlifting. He's also prepared close to 100 individuals for Ranger School, SFAS, BUD/s, and other selective military programs using everything he's learned from coaching athletes on every end of the strength and endurance spectrum.

Now, he spends his time coaching a hand-selected group of clients (apply via the Premier form), continuing his research, and writing & creating new educational materials.
