Hosted at the absolutely enormous 24N Training Facility in central London, join Alex Viada and Jonny Pain on Saturday, June 14th, as they introduce the key new principles Alex details in his updated book (The Ultimate Hybrid Athlete, release date ~July) and spend the latter half of the day walking you through application in programming via a number of coach-led exercises and focused Q&As.
As an optional second day, Sunday will serve as an entirely practical session, focused on application of assessments, drills, and ending on a group workout (optional, but encouraged).
Attendees can choose to attend one day [June 14th], or both, based on their availability.

Often held responsible for the popularization of "Hybrid Athlete" as a term and a thing, Alex Viada wrote the book on combining strength and endurance back in 2015. Since then, Alex and his team at CHP continue to push the limits of human performance. Using everything learned from coaching thousands of clients from all walks of life, CHP offers a variety of educational courses for coaches and athletes alike, and strives to make the world of athletics more approachable and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Hybrid Templates
12-20 week templates, each designed to support athletes of all levels through every running distance imaginable, triathlons, cycling, offseasons, and "other."
All "v3" templates have at least 2 strength tracks, at least 2 cardio/running tracks, and adjustable emphasis on both based on athlete training history and needs.
