Hybrid Templates
12-20 week templates, each designed to support athletes of all levels through every running distance imaginable, triathlons, cycling, offseasons, and "other."
All "v3" templates have at least 2 strength tracks, at least 2 cardio/running tracks, and adjustable emphasis on both based on athlete training history and needs.
CHP Plans in the HYBRD App
HYBRD has developed a training app that was engineered from the ground up to provide everything a hybrid athlete needs, including but definitely not limited to: seamless integration with nearly all popular GPS and heart rate devices, AI assisted lift logging, and a "HYBRD Score," which compares your performances in all sports to other athletes similar to you in age, weight, and gender.
We were already excited to promote them as our preferred method of tracking hybrid training, as there isn't a training app out there that summarizes the data quite so usefully.
