We bring together some of the best coaches in every sport (Powerlifting, Strongman, bodybuilding, ultrarunning, triathlon) to develop our programming for every client athlete. When you work with us, you’re getting access to a team of coaches from disciplines ranging from powerlifting to ultra running to physical therapy, all of whom make sure that no component of your program is anything less than perfect. We are a team well versed in custom programming, video analysis, the latest rehabilitation and recovery modalities, sport psychology, nutrition, and more.
We offer training packages that can each be customized for your personal goals whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are an elite athlete in any range of sports from powerlifting, to bodybuilding, to triathlon. For most of our clients, the performance coaching package gives full access to our entire team to help you pursue any objectives you have and access to our educational materials.
HOW IT WORKS
Once we receive your order AND your initial athlete intake form (which you’ll receive after you sign up), we’ll personally match you with the BEST coach for your goals.
Your hand-selected coach will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours to discuss your training plan and get your started. You’ll also get login information for your new TrainingPeaks account.
Through regular correspondence and feedback, your coach will continually adjust your programming to ensure consistent progression towards your goals.
Not sure if one-on-one coaching is right for you? Schedule a 30min ($50) pre-coaching consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your goals and training questions. Your consultation fee will be applied to your subscription should you later decide to sign up for one of our coaching packages.
WHAT IS THE HYBRID METHOD?
What is hybrid training exactly? You’ve probably seen it referred to in many of our articles and throughout our website. You may have even seen our ebook called The Hybrid Athlete, written by Alex Viada. If you want the comprehensive definition then you should probably pick up our book or check out some of our articles. But in a nutshell, hybrid training is the concurrent training of multiple disciplines of sport, combining strength and endurance training while also managing recovery in a way that optimizes performance in both areas at once. It can be applied to just about any sport these days or integrated in a way to promote general health and wellness.
