Sarah Pierce has coached CrossFit for eight years and currently owns two Strength & Condition Gyms for the past seven years. With a double Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry and Physiology from Sonoma State University, Sarah has coached high school volleyball for three years, gymnastics for five years and has programmed both nutrition as well as strength and conditioning for seven years.
Sarah is a Level 1 and Level 2 CrossFit, Nutrition, NASM, and USAW certified. As a Regional CrossFit competitor from the NorCal Region, Sarah has also consistently finished within the top 30 in both the Open and Regionals each year.
Along with her coaching accolades, Sarah is a competitive Olympic weightlifter who has achieved an 89kg snatch and 113kg clean and jerk. She started her CrossFit career with CrossFit CSA in 2015. Later that year, she placed 8th at the California Regionals.
