Ultra Running Training
Not interested in running one hundred miles per week to train for you ultra? You’re not alone. While enough volume is critically important to your success as a runner, an overemphasis on mileage can be a huge disservice to both the aspiring and competitive endurance athlete. Instead of basing a training program entirely around miles, we break it down into very specific training emphases like aerobic capacity, structural endurance, stride efficiency, and power. By approaching each component of your fitness individually and building a program around them, we’re able to accomplish more with less. So whether you’re a hybrid athlete or pure runner looking to be the strongest you can be, you can be sure that even if you’re training for an ultra, you can still get stronger and faster along the way.
